What do we need to do?

The person responsible for marketing a property (in most cases, the estate agent) must have proof that a

Home Information Pack

  has been ordered by the time the property is on the market. Once your HIP order has been received we will send an email to confirm your order. This should be forwarded to your sales agent as proof of commission, your property can now legally be marketed.

 

Energy Performance Certificates. (EPC)

If you require just an EPC our prices start from just £49+vat for up to 4 bedrooms.
